Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to be based out of our main office in Plymouth, MA. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets through effective territory management and relationship-building with customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM platforms.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the fluid instrumentation industry.
- Familiarity with control valves, flowmeters, control systems, moisture sensors, and fire protection or explosion protection systems is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Compensation: The salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission, benefits, and a 401(k) plan. This full-time position requires some travel to customer sites in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
