Job Title: Flexible Senior Community Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Community Nurse to join our team in a leadership role. As a Senior Community Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and support to our community nursing teams, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage community nursing teams, providing clinical guidance and support to ensure effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement robust induction and development plans for team members, promoting learning and progression.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery and high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provision, identifying areas for service development and improvement.
  • Act as a clinical role model, supporting care delivery for complex patients and promoting best practice.

Requirements:
  • Essential: District Nursing Specialist Practitioner Qualification, UK driving license, and use of a car.
