Job Title: Employee Relations ManagerAbout the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of the Employee Experience and Relations (EXR) team, you will play a vital role in fostering positive employee relations and labour relations across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster positive employee relations and labour relations across the region.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze data and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement.
  • Work on proactive initiatives to improve employee relations and engagement.
  • Manage time-critical and sensitive employee relations and labour relations issues.
Requirements:
  • Experience in employee relations, labor relations, labor/employment law.
  • Successful record of creating, improving, and executing programs at scale.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record in crisis management and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Employment Law, Industrial Relations, or related field.
  • Experience in an employee and labor relations strategic role with a focus on pan-EU coverage.

This is a full-time position based in the UK that requires up to 50% travel over the course of the year. We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth.
