Job Title: Experienced Social Worker Needed for Disabilities Team
About the Role:
- To provide expert support to children with disabilities and their families
- To work closely with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Manage cases involving children with disabilities
- Assess and offer short break services
- Liaise with other professionals to achieve best outcomes
Requirements:
- DipSW or equivalent qualification
- HCPC registration
- Current DBS clearance
- Valid car driver's license
