Your Key Responsibilities:

You will provide ongoing support and supervision to foster carers and their families, maintaining detailed records of children and young people's progress.

  • Attend meetings, child care statutory reviews, and care planning meetings
  • Collaborate with foster parents and social workers to manage contact between children and their birth families
