About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Training Specialist to join our team at SecureCloud+. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our internal and customer training needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Needs Analysis
    • Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis workshops to identify training requirements, audience, and stakeholders.
    • Draft training objectives and identify training options.
    • Produce a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis report.
  • Training Design and Development
    • Develop Learning Specifications for each course module, outlining Training Objectives, Enabling Objectives, and Key Learning Points.
    • Create engaging training content, including presentations, handouts, and other materials.
  • Training Delivery
    • Deliver training sessions to SecureCloud+ personnel and customers, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
    • Conduct post-training delivery assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • User and Support Documentation
    • Develop User Guides and Manuals, as well as Maintenance Guides, to support our customers and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Hold a Level 3 Certificate in Education and Training.
    • Have a working knowledge of technologies used in our product set, including VMWare, Dell Technologies, Networking, User Acceptance Testing, MS Cloud, and ITIL v3/4 Foundation Certificate.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to establish and develop a new role within the organization.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work to high levels of quality.
    • Confidence when interacting with customers and technical personnel.
    • Ability to represent the company professionally.
    • Commitment to continually develop technical skills.
    • Initiative and proactiveness, with the ability to be a strong team member.
    • Willingness to work flexibly in response to changing organizational requirements.
