- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with trainees and stakeholders.
- Training Materials Development: Experience developing training materials and resources, including manuals, presentations, and online modules.
- Training Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in using training tools and platforms, such as learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training software.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for training sessions as required.
