Advanced Crane Operator

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the reliability and performance of advanced equipment, including cranes, CRMGs, and Straddle Carriers. This involves performing planned and reactive maintenance to ensure efficient operations and addressing machine breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
About the Role
- Maintain electrical systems and perform diagnostic tests on complex equipment.
- Implement safe systems of work by following standard operating procedures and conducting risk assessments.
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve smooth operations and contribute to the company's goal of achieving Net Zero Port Operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience in container handling equipment is advantageous.
- A willingness to work at heights and occasionally on cranes.
- An understanding of electrical circuit diagrams and a proactive, safety-focused mindset.
