About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Department Manager to join our team at Everest People Solutions.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams in a food production environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  • Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and addressing issues.
  • Proven success driving improvements within areas of responsibility.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure performance targets are met, maintaining operational effectiveness and KPIs.
  • Lead the production team to deliver orders efficiently and safely.

Our Benefits Package

  • $36,500 per annum.
  • Training opportunities to develop new skills (COSHH, Scissor Lift, etc.).
  • 28 days' holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing to 30 days after two years' service and 31 days after five years.
