Austin Fraser is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Youth Development Coordinator to support young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours in our residential children's home in Abergavenny.

About the Role:
  • Lead by example and support the management team in running shifts
  • Mentor and support newer staff members
  • Encourage young people to participate in activities and take responsibility for their own lives
  • Deal with challenging behaviours safely and sympathetically

The successful candidate will have relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with young people to promote their independence and well-being.

Estimated Salary: £31,065 - £32,091 per annum
