About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Residential Children's Support Worker to join our team in Abergavenny. This is a unique opportunity to work with Young People with complex needs in our semi-rural children's homes. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support and practical assistance to our service users. You will also contribute to creating a welcoming and inclusive living environment that promotes their well-being and helps them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support and guidance to Young People with complex needs
- Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Develop and maintain relationships with Young People, parents/carers, and other professionals involved in their care
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support services are delivered

What We Offer
- Annual salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
