The Clinical Education Specialist will play a key part in enhancing the quality of the learning environment within the Paediatric Critical Care Unit. This will involve providing educational input and development activities to support registered nurses, clinical support workers, and other learners.

Main Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate and facilitate educational needs and resources available to the nursing team.
  • Motivate staff to provide high standards of clinical education by acting as a role model.
