Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Randolph Hill Nursing Homes Group. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents while promoting a safe and healthy environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of post-graduate experience in caring for elderly patients, preferably with dementia. A strong understanding of time management, prioritization, and problem-solving is essential. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to internal staff, residents, and their relatives.
In this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and support.
