Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Team Lead for the MHST Service Expansion in West Kent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical and operational expertise to support the delivery of high-quality services to children and young people with emotional and mental health problems.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of professionals, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective interventions.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures, ensuring that they are in line with NELFT's standards and guidelines.
- Work closely with operational leads to ensure that the service is delivered efficiently and effectively, meeting the needs of children and young people and their families.
- Contribute to the development of the service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the quality of care.
- Provide training and development opportunities to staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements
- Relevant graduate qualification with recognised professional body.
- Substantial Band 6 experience within a CYP Mental Health setting or equivalent.
- Experience in offering CBT therapeutic interventions within a CYP Mental Health Setting with children and young people with mental health difficulties.
- Extensive experience of providing clinical and managerial supervision.
