Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and respond to telephone and intercom inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming post and emails, collate documents and reports, and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Handle booking and event inquiries, including meeting room and training arrangements.
- Issue car parking passes and set up meeting rooms as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a front desk or reception role is essential.
- Strong IT and communication skills are required to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
