Office Administration Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Administration Assistant to join our accounting team at Interaction - Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing records, and developing efficient processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our accounting team, including data entry, document management, and other tasks as required.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, both manually and electronically, to ensure compliance and minimize errors.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to enhance productivity and efficiency, reducing errors and improving overall performance.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience working in an accounts practice, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality, handling sensitive information with care.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.
