Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide advice and support to the first line, operating within the Compliance Advisory framework, to ensure that both current and future activity of the company is customer-centric and compliant with regulatory obligations.
  2. Ensure that conduct and regulatory risks are appropriately evaluated and escalated to deliver the right customer and operational outcomes.
  3. Support the Group Head of Compliance in contributing to the continuous improvement and development of the compliance advisory function.
  4. Oversee regulatory change management to deliver the right customer and operational outcomes first time with appropriate systems and controls.
  5. Provide regulatory and conduct risk opinion on highly complex regulatory and discretionary change projects and programmes.

Requirements

  1. Significant working knowledge of the regulatory handbooks and associated guides and codes relevant to Together.
  2. A detailed understanding of regulatory permissions and practical authorisation processes.
  3. Ability to understand, interpret, and apply regulatory standards to internal governance arrangements.
  4. Previous experience in a senior compliance role.
