Delegate Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Delegate Manager to join our team at Royall Appointments. As a Delegate Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delegate area, creating and maintaining event registration, attendee management, and technology services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client and attendee data with sensitivity and care, utilizing quality and security processes in place.
  • Take responsibility for monitoring and training new team members on data-handling processes for assigned projects.
  • Lead client update calls for assigned projects, confidently delivering the status of the Delegate elements.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements for client processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the client business and proactively communicate with clients to resolve queries and challenges on allocated projects.
  • Support the preparation of RFP responses and pitch documents, and attend 'kick-off' meetings internally and externally to understand all.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple inboxes, personal and project-specific, ensuring all members of the team are following the correct processes and SLAs.
  • Create and maintain effective delegate communications throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Take responsibility for prompt and accurate client updates of registration data and summaries.
  • Proficient in the use of preferred event technology solutions, including creating reports, creating and maintaining invitation lists, and intermediate capabilities with content update.
Requirements:
  • Experience of delegate registration management and working in a similar role.
  • Proficient in the use of Cvent and other event technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
