About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in South Wales. As an SDR, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by generating leads and setting appointments for senior sales executives.

In this full-time, on-site position, you will promote and sell our full range of office solutions, including office printers, MFDs, MPS, print security solutions, digital printing presses, franking machines, audiovisual equipment, and IT networking solutions. You will work closely with the sales team for effective lead handover and pipeline management.

To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience in telesales, sales development, or a similar client-focused role. Excellent communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset are also essential. If you are motivated, proactive, and eager to develop a career in technology sales, we encourage you to apply.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive base salary of up to £27,000, an uncapped commission structure equating to an additional £10,000 PA, clear career progression into field sales for top performers, and a supportive, growth-focused work environment with ongoing training and development.
