Business Development Representative

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Nccoastchamber team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster collaborative partnerships with customers, prospects, and colleagues.
- Initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities.
- Listen attentively to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Taking prompt actions to address immediate needs.
A High School Diploma or GED and 6 months of customer service experience are required. A valid driver's license is also necessary, as frequent driving to other offices and bank customers will be required.
Work Location:Newport, NC, with flexibility to report to other FCB Branches across Craven and Carteret County.
Compensation:The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
