**Homeless Casework Specialist Position:**

We are looking for a highly skilled Homeless Casework Specialist to join our Resettlement Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide specialist homelessness casework to single applicants with complex needs, ensuring that their housing needs are met.

**Responsibilities and Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver specialist homelessness casework services to single applicants with complex needs.
  2. Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to achieve improved outcomes for single homeless applicants with complex needs.
  3. Ensure that all casework activities are carried out in accordance with relevant legislation, strategies, policies, and initiatives.
  4. Contribute to the development of the Homeless Casework Service and wider Housing Advisory Service.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in providing specialist homelessness casework services to single applicants with complex needs.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, strategies, policies, and initiatives affecting homelessness services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external partners.

**Employment Details:**

  • Contract duration: Initial 3-month contract with potential for extension.
  • Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
