Overview

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a service lead in Northamptonshire. As a Consultant Psychologist, you will be responsible for the governance and delivery of psychological assessments, interventions, and trauma-informed care across in-patient services.

This role requires strong leadership skills, experience working with complex mental health presentations, and formal training in clinical supervision. You will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure that admissions are goal-focused, person-centred, and engaging families and networking people into resources within their communities.
