Clinical Leadership Position

We are recruiting for a Clinical Leadership Position within our Psychological Professions department at Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will work closely with our senior leadership team to provide clinical leadership and direction to our multidisciplinary team.
As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of new initiatives and projects aimed at improving patient outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in Clinical Psychology, including a Doctoral qualification and HCPC registration. Experience of working in a leadership capacity and knowledge of clinical governance principles are also essential.
**Salary:** Up to £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
