Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to support our strategy to develop within the European market. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue within the European market.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
  3. Pro-actively search for new customers in the European market, identifying potential growth areas, customer demands, and emerging opportunities.
  4. Stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, conducting market research and analysis to inform sales strategies.
  5. Assist with tracking sales performance, analysing key metrics, and preparing regular reports on sales activities and revenue forecasts.
Requirements
  • You have experience in B2B sales/technical sales/raw materials sales (3-5+ years), with strong business acumen.
  • You have a strong background in Chemistry (e.g., 1st/2:1, BSc/MSc from a reputable university) and are technically proficient in this area.
  • You have an understanding of UV-curable technology (e.g., Photoinitiators), some of the raw materials and downstream industries (coatings, inks, paints, adhesives etc.).
  • You are able to conduct market analysis, marketing, and sales planning.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have high interpersonal competence and negotiation abilities.
