Technical Account Manager Position

This role offers excellent opportunities for career development and the chance to work on a wide range of technical projects. You will be working closely with our Agriculture, Supplier Assurance, NPD and Packaging Teams to develop own label plans and coordinate customer projects.Responsibilities:
- Manage QEHS related projects, sharing specialist knowledge to deliver continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with customers and develop joint technical business plans and strategies.
- Coordinate customer projects and report in areas such as Ethical, Sustainability and Responsible Sourcing.
- Liaise with customers regarding reporting, investigating issues and coordination of customer audits to support trusted partnerships.
- Proven experience of working in a technical/operational role in food manufacturing or retail.
- Knowledge of Sustainability, Ethical and Responsible Sourcing in a dairy environment.
- Technical experience working with key retailers and familiarity with GFSI audit standards, including BRC.
