Technical Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team at Vertex IT Solutions Ltd as a Technical Account Manager.
The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with our clients.
About the Role:
- Deliver technical services to our clients, providing expert advice on IT solutions.
- Brief our clients on proposed IT solutions, highlighting benefits and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' business needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Excellent technical skills, particularly in Storage, Network Architecture, and Virtualisation Technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
