At Right at Home UK, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care and companionship to vulnerable adults in their own homes.

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and caring individual to join our team of Community Care Assistants. As a Personal Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with daily tasks such as personal care, administering medication, and assisting with washing and dressing.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to motivate clients to get the most out of their day. You will also have access to further learning opportunities and clear career progression routes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivating Clients to participate in daily activities
  • Providing Personal Care including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Administering Medication as required
  • Assisting Clients with Daily Living Tasks

Requirements:

  • Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to own vehicle
  • Have the right to work in the U.K (we do hold a sponsorship license)
  • Be able to offer availability either early mornings (from 7am) or evenings (from 4pm) on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
  • Commit to attending a 4-day training course

We offer competitive hourly rates from £13.50 to £14.00 p/h and mileage pay at 35p p/m, as well as a Blue Light Card.

Estimated Salary: £27,600 - £29,280 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week.
