We are looking for a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
- Prompting medication and monitoring clients' diets
- Assisting with appointments and ensuring clients can remain independent in their own homes
