Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a live-in carer, you will provide companionship and support with personal care, domestic tasks, and housekeeping, enabling our clients to live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and hygiene.">
  • Engage in meaningful conversations and activities with clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.">
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment, including cooking, washing, ironing, and other domestic tasks.">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.">

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar role, preferably in live-in care.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and commit to regular shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.">
  • A flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.">
