Right at Home Aylesbury is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team of Home Care Support Assistants. As a Home Care Support Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with our clients in their own homes, providing personalized care services that promote independence, safety, and well-being.
About the Role
As a Home Care Support Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our clients, including personal care, administering medication, and assisting with daily living activities. You will work closely with our clients to create personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and preferences.

Requirements
- You must hold a full and valid UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle
- You must be available to work early mornings from 7am or evenings from 4pm, and alternate weekends
- You must have a reliable vehicle and business insurance (class 1)
