About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Leader to join our team at ProTalent Limited in Cambridge. In this role, you will lead the Virtual Finance department and drive the strategic direction of virtual finance services.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and technology, with experience in leading teams and driving innovation. You will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for the virtual finance department, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the virtual finance department
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and mentorship
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing tailored virtual finance solutions
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the virtual finance department
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA), proven experience in a senior leadership role, and demonstrated expertise in virtual finance technologies. A salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum is expected, commensurate with experience.
