About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Priory Group. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support to our home, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for monthly and weekly paid staff using our payroll systems, working in conjunction with our Central Payroll Function.
- Undertake the full remit of recruitment administration in conjunction with our Service Manager and Central Resourcing Team to ensure that candidates move successfully through the recruitment lifecycle.
- Process expenses, orders, raise cheques, and deal with suppliers on a regular basis.
- Deal with incoming queries to the service and possess excellent customer service skills.
- Undertake preparation for meetings and take minutes at meetings as requested.
- Support our Service Manager and wider Service with administration such as letters, memos, and email communications.
- Undertake diary management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrator in a fast-paced environment.
- Committed and enthusiastic.
- Excellent organizational capability.
- Effective communication skills.
- Able to use own initiative.
