Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join our team at Pertemps Didcot. As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing front-line customer support, handling enquiries and complaints, and producing pick lists and supporting documentation for customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Handling customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Producing pick lists and supporting documentation for customer requirements
  • Completing operational documents in a timely and accurate manner
  • Planning and prioritizing tasks to ensure activities on shift can be achieved
  • Measuring and reviewing customer KPIs and service targets
  • Working closely with other members of staff to achieve team goals
  • Data entry tasks

Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Confidence in dealing with customer queries and complaints
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good mathematical ability
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Confidence in using computer software

About the Role:

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30 (16:00 finish on Fridays). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard. The role offers a competitive salary of £22,126 PA and 28 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays).
