Global Sales Leader Enablement Lead

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Global Sales Leader Enablement Lead. This role is crucial to our mission of empowering sales leaders with the tools, strategies, and insights they need to drive success in a rapidly evolving sales landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and deliver a comprehensive sales leader enablement strategy that aligns with The Access Group's vision and goals.
  • Create and execute effective enablement programs tailored to sales leaders, ensuring they are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and resources to excel.
  • Develop and implement frameworks and methodologies that drive consistency and effectiveness across the sales organization.
  • Coach sales leaders on the use and integration of conversational intelligence tools, enhancing their ability to engage with clients and drive sales performance.
  • Build the sales leader enablement playbook, outlining best practices, coaching techniques, and leadership strategies specific to The Access Group's needs.
  • Engage with and manage relationships with C-level executives, bringing a valuable perspective and ensuring alignment and buy-in for enablement initiatives.
  • Presentation and training delivery, capable of owning the room and delivering impactful training sessions that resonate with sales leaders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales leader enablement, with a deep understanding of the sales function.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders at a C-level, bringing valuable insights and perspectives.
  • Experience in building and implementing sales leader enablement playbooks or similar frameworks.
  • Strong ability to roll out and reinforce sales methodologies effectively.
  • Comfortable coaching sales leaders in the use of conversational intelligence tools.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire an audience.
  • Strong knowledge of current and future sales leadership requirements, with the ability to translate this knowledge into effective enablement programs.
  • A passion for coaching and the ability to enable sales leaders to become effective coaches themselves.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a desire to build and make a significant impact.
