About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee our operations in the Midlands region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality management service to our customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and achieving targeted profitability.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of Lodge Managers to ensure excellent customer service and effective property management
- Controlling expenditure and producing budgets and accounts for presentation to lessees
- Negotiating with contractors and overseeing their performance
- Supporting the professional development of team members, including performance reviews and recruitment processes
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external landlords and residents
About You
We are looking for a confident, friendly, and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and experience in property management. You will be able to handle conflict, problem-solve, and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. A good working knowledge of leasehold property management and building structures is advantageous, as is a recognised property management qualification.
