Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled ABA Consultant to join our clinical team at Beam ABA Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing assessment, design, and analysis of ABA programmes.

The successful candidate will have an MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis or BCBA qualification, plus practical experience of working with young people with complex behavioural needs. You will work closely with our Senior ABA Consultant, Registered Manager, and Director to provide direct support to young people with autism and/or learning disability on your caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee assessment, design, and analysis of ABA programmes
  • Provide direct support to young people with autism and/or learning disability
  • Train and support team members
  • Be the main point of contact for external stakeholders
  • Lead programme development

Requirements:

  • MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis or BCBA qualification
  • Practical experience of working with young people with complex behavioural needs
  • Ability to work closely with senior staff members
