Job Requirements:

  • Experience supporting vulnerable people in a residential setting
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid UK manual driving license
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)

About the Role:

This is a full-time permanent position working 37 hours per week. The role includes helping individuals achieve independence and personal goals, supporting and transporting individuals to integrate into their community, and developing individuals' home-making skills and personal chores.
