About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at Orbis Education & Care Ltd. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in shaping a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for individuals with complex needs associated with autism.

Your key responsibilities will include leading and inspiring a team of support workers, delivering person-centred care, empowering growth, ensuring safety and well-being, building strong connections, and supporting management tasks. You will also assist with administrative tasks, staff training, and development.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a supportive and empowering environment. We offer a competitive salary of £40.75 per hour, reflecting the importance of this role in shaping the lives of our service users.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a support worker role within care or education settings and be ready to take on a senior role. You will also need to have an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and be passionate about supporting individuals with complex needs.

  • You will maintain a safe, nurturing environment where individuals feel valued, supported, and encouraged.
