About Beacon Support Ltd., we recruit Specialist Mentors for Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) to provide individualized support to students in higher education.

We prioritize hiring candidates with experience working with students in higher or further education and relevant qualifications in autism support.

Our compensation package includes an hourly rate of £30-£40, complemented by a generous holiday entitlement. You will be supported through thorough induction training and a dynamic CPD programme.

The type of support provided by our Specialist Mentors is complex, requiring strong communication and organizational skills to adapt to students' diverse needs.

Please note that becoming a successful mentor in this field typically requires NAS 6 modules, NADP Working Effectively with Autistic University Students course, and relevant degree or PG certification in autism.
