Job Title: Property Licensing Administration Officer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to landlords and agents on property licensing and compliance regulations.
  • Efficiently process licensing applications and ensure all necessary documentation is obtained and verified.
  • Conduct thorough compliance checks to ensure adherence to regulations and industry standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve queries, and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation.
