Adult Support Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to fill the position of Adult Support Manager with Cartrefi Cymru Co.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and effective service delivery for individuals supported by our organisation, as well as providing leadership and management to a team of professionals.
This role requires a deep understanding of health and safety legislation, as well as experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities in a social care setting.
A QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential, along with a passion for delivering person-centred support that empowers individuals to live enriched lives.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities- Provide leadership and management to the team, monitoring performance and engaging in supervisions, appraisals, and team meetings.
- Ensure the service is compliant with legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and promote effective delivery of person-centred support to service users.
- Manage the service in the absence of the Service Manager and report to the Area Manager where appropriate.
- Undertake support duties as needed, working shifts as directed by the rota.
