Job Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Support Services Coordinator to join our care team in Pwllheli. You will work closely with the Service Manager to develop and implement person-centred support plans that promote independence and quality of life.
Key Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
