Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per year, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave (rising to 30 days after 5 years), flexible shift patterns, support to achieve necessary qualifications, pension scheme, employee assistance programme.
Job RoleThis role will involve working alongside the Service Manager to ensure a safe service for the people we support and our colleagues. Key responsibilities include providing leadership and management to the team, developing person-centred support plans, and managing the service in the absence of the Service Manager.
Requirements- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities in a social care setting.
- QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Passion for supporting people to live an enriched life and fulfil their potential.
A full clean driving license and willingness to travel for meetings and training are also required.
