Competitive Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Services Coordinator to join our care team in Pwllheli. As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure a safe and high-quality service for individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and management to the care team, monitoring performance and engaging in supervisions, appraisals, and team meetings.
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans that focus on outcomes and promote independence.
  • Manage the service in the absence of the Service Manager, reporting to the Area Manager as necessary.
  • Undertake support duties as required, working flexible shifts including sleep-ins and waking nights.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities in a social care setting.
  • QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Good understanding of health and safety legislation and management principles.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and provide cover as needed.
  • A full clean driving license and willingness to travel for meetings and training.
