About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to lead groups of children aged 7-14 through week-long, timetabled courses, focusing on participation, development, and enjoyment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality outdoor activities and workshops, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Lead groups of children, promoting teamwork, skill development, and fun.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety, and safeguarding procedures.
  • Participate in pre-camp training and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in outdoor education and working with children.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic situations and challenges.
