Job Title: Conference and Events Banqueting Supervisor
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Conference and Events Banqueting Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Liverpool. As a key member of our Conference and Banqueting team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional events and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate event operations, including setup, execution, and breakdown
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of events, adhering to Hilton's high standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional guest service and resolve any issues that may arise
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new event concepts and ideas
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in event operations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
- Flexibility to work late shifts and weekends as required
