Business Development Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Administrator at Group 1 Automotive, you will have the opportunity to work with world-class brands and deliver outstanding experiences for our customers.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
Job DescriptionThis role involves working with the sales team to ensure smooth department operations. You will be responsible for maintaining thorough product knowledge and updating it through manufacturer-led training. Additionally, you will complete all administration paperwork for vehicle sales and purchases, maintain and update stock and customer databases, and liaise with the sales team regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work
- Liaising with the sales team regularly to ensure the department runs smoothly
- Maintaining and updating our stock and customer databases
- Completing all administration paperwork for vehicle sales and purchases
To succeed in this role, you will need confident computer skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A passion for delivering excellent customer service is essential, as well as the drive to continuously improve processes and procedures.
