We are seeking an experienced Estate Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our field agents, vendors, and buyers to progress property sales efficiently from initial agreement to completion.

The primary responsibility of the successful candidate will be to manage and coordinate the sales process using their expertise in CRM systems and case management tools. Your ability to effectively manage the sales pipeline and achieve completions in line with company targets will be measured by your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with field agents, vendors, and buyers to ensure efficient progress of property sales.
  • Utilise CRM systems and case management tools to track sales progress and obtain necessary documentation in a timely manner.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders providing updates on sale status and addressing concerns or issues.
  • Coordinate property surveys, valuations, and inspections to facilitate sales.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations throughout the sales process.
  • Proactively identify and address potential obstacles or delays, working to find solutions and maintain momentum.
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries or discrepancies impacting sale progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales progress, documentation, and communication in the CRM system.
  • Continuously improve and streamline sales progression processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales progression or a similar role within the estate agency industry.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and case management tools with the ability to utilise them effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to property sales.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities to anticipate and address potential obstacles.
  • Collaborative mindset, working effectively with field agents and internal teams.
  • Attention to detail for accurate documentation and record-keeping.
  • Results-oriented mindset, driven to achieve and exceed sales progression targets.
