At Bytes Software Services, we're committed to delivering exceptional IT solutions and services to our clients. As a Development Support Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in providing high-quality technical support to our Cloud Billing and Adobe order teams, as well as our Marketplace and portal support teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in problem-solving and data analysis, with the ability to quickly develop an understanding of the systems and processes they support. They'll be responsible for providing 1st/2nd line support for Bytes E-Commerce applications, responding promptly to support queries via phone, email, Teams chats, and JIRA tickets.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service for all support queries
  • Working closely with the Development and IT Support Teams to solve and escalate technical queries
  • Managing tickets in the Development support queue and properly recording all actions and solutions
  • Ensuring changes made to data and configurations are accurate and properly documented
  • Participating in team meetings

Requirements for the role include:

  • Educated to GCSE Level with minimum of A-C Grade in Math and English
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • 1+ Years experience in an IT role

Desirable skills include:

  • Ability to quickly gain knowledge to be seen as trusted and competent support team member
  • Prior experience supporting Web Application platforms
  • Experience with business processes and best practices in a typical E-Commerce platform
  • Understanding of cloud software solutions, what they are and how they are purchased
  • Postman API Platform Experience
  • Basic SQL skills
