The Young Carers Project Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the well-being of young carers in Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

Estimated Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programs to support young carers.
  • Build relationships with local organizations and stakeholders.
  • Manage volunteer teams and coordinate events.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness.
Requirements
  • A degree in social work or a related field.
